I joined Dean Foods' Heuvelton, NY based McCadam Cheese Company in 1984 as the division's first product manager.
As product manager I developed and introduced new products, directed our advertising agency and implemented and evaluated our direct marketing program cheese by mail gift program.McCadam specializes in producing cheeses for branded, private label, foodservice and industrial uses. Key customers included Wegmans, Stop & Shop, Winn Dixie, P & C Markets, Wakefern/ShopRite and Safeway. In 2003 McCadam beame a part of Agri-Mark.
